Withdrawals & Refunds — Youth Programs

If you are registered in a youth program and would like to withdraw, please submit a return request through your account. Please allow one to two business days for your request to be reviewed and processed by our team.

Eligibility If written notice of withdrawal is received at least two weeks prior to the course start date, you may be eligible for a refund, less the applicable non-refundable administrative fee.

Withdrawal and refund requests submitted within two weeks of the course start date will not be processed, except in cases of medical necessity. A signed medical note is required for medical withdrawal requests.

Non-Refundable Administrative Fees Regardless of withdrawal date, the following administrative fees are non-refundable:

These fees apply to all withdrawals and are not eligible for reimbursement under any circumstances other than a course cancellation initiated by Circuit Stream.

Course Cancellations If Circuit Stream cancels a course, enrolled participants will receive a full refund including administrative fees.
